HairCut – Late/ No shows:

• One time no shows or late are forgiven for haircuts
• Second No shows or late (no more than 10min for a haircut ) – $15 of service is charged.
•  Third no show – will be 100% of service deposit / or will only be able to book same day appointments.

Color – Late / No shows:

• New clients or returning clients a $50.00 Deposit is required for any color service it goes toward the final amount of service .
• If late for more than 15 min a $15.00 charge will be added to service
• If no show will be keeping a full $50.00 deposit.
• If there are more than 3 no shows and late fees the clients must book the same day for appointments for color or a 100% full deposit of all service.

Cancellation or Reschedule: 

• Canceling for a Haircut on the same day there are no penalties only after the third one in a row will only be able to book the same day.
•  Cancellation for color a 24 hour notice is required if canceled the same day we will keep the deposit.
